How early to start: pet travel lead times by country

The least time the official waiting periods allow before your dog can arrive, for every destination we cover, from the country you choose.

These are the minimum times that the officially fixed waiting periods allow: for example the days after a rabies vaccination, the months after a blood test, or the days a permit takes. Two situations are shown: a dog that already has a microchip and a long-valid rabies vaccination, and a dog with nothing done yet.Vet, lab and appointment times come on top, so start earlier than the table says.
